Located in the heart of the Breton Riviera between Bénodet (4 km) and Fouesnant (5 km), the house is ideally situated to explore the region’s beauty and its 27 km of sandy beaches. Each beach has its own unique charm and is worth discovering. Both seaside resorts offer all shops and amenities for a comfortable stay, as well as lively summer events, cultural activities, water sports, Odet Golf Club (9 and 18 holes) just 700 m from the house, horse riding, cycling, hiking, and local culinary specialties. Within 20 to 30 km, you can visit Quimper, the city of art, Concarneau, Pont-Aven—the painters’ town, the Bigouden region and its ports, Pointe du Raz, Locronan, and enjoy a variety of landscapes during your excursions.
